We only had tomato sauce. But brown or mustard would have also been ideal. I was going to upload more photos during the day but then I hit the max upload size limit so will upload the when I get home. The brew day went like clockwork. Targets hit even the mash tun with a survival blanket held heat. Using the keg as a HLT worked well. With start to ferment tomorrow.

Now I am home from the adventure, time for a write up of the 4 nights.

The camping set up elcheapo green tent (I had to buy one at the last minute as a 3 man tent would have been too small for 3 people). Next to the elcheapo tent, a DD Tarps set up really only as a storage area for the bits of kit but also could be converted to shelter should the weather conditions taken a turn for the worst.

The brewing part, 50l boiler used again. The newly converted Mash Tun, see the equipment thread, complete with neoprene sleeves + survival blanket. 20l Sankey Keg. After the boil approx 1l left.

This is the OneTigris Rocuboid twig burning stove mainly used for small pots. I wanted to try one out, as I might have an idea for a future project, building a larger version for a 50l brewing pot.
