Partial Mash
Am doing a partial mash for a beer recipe I have, however the recipe is for ag. Is there a malt syrup substitute for pilsner malt?

I found out and researched different malts, checking which ones can be steeped and which ones have to be mashed, I have ordered black malt, crstal and chocolate which I believe can be steeped. Am I correct in thinking this because I dont want to go ahead with my specialty grain/extract malt if this wont work?
