Bulk DME Logistics

I'm getting sorely tempted to switch my bulk LME for DME. But I was just wondering, are their any issues with having that much bulk DME around? Once opened would I have problems with moisture? What would be the best way to store it? What if I divvy it up in to 3kg ziplocs and store in a sealed bucket? Is that overkill or underkill?

Have seen people store it in plastic tupperware boxes.

Thanks guys, was just getting a little paranoid after talking to the supplier. When I thought about it, I had only ever used 500g bags and had never opened and then stored it before. Sounds like most guys just keep it in the bag it comes in and seal and tape it without problems.
