BTW, why not contact castlerock and see if they will give you more details of the recipe. You might be surprised and at worst the will tell you where to go.

+1 to that. There is a decent chance that they will be only too happy to tell you about the malt and hop varieties they use even if they won't give you the exact proportions. It'll cost you an email and a few minutes of your time to find out...
