Hello lads and lasses just finished an IPA replicating the Townes Brewery, re MO's recipe page 77 in which he comments "[i]I haven't tasted the commercial ale, but if the beer produced by this recipe is anything to go by, then I could quite happily drink this for the rest of my days".[/i]
Well if that is not a good recommendation for having a go I do not know what is. So watch this space!!!

Well lets hope I have backed a winner dave and DaaB I could not tell you about OG this is my very first brew out of MOs book.

Well the IPA fermentation after about 7 hours as started with a vengence!!

Just bottled 40 pints of IPA from the Towness Brewery RE MOs recipe...very pleased...looks a winner.
On Monday will try and replicate another from the Townes Brewery stable....Sunshine...the entire brew is made with Bramling Hops.
