Started this Malt Extract away yesterday....a vigorous fermentation has started.... recipe courtesy of Marc Ollosson's book...a bit of dry hopping in this recipe...looking for an ABV of 4.5%

I've been looking at the same recipe (albeit the all grain version) from the same book earlier today. I've been told though that Crouch Vale primarily use Brewers Gold hops.

So I've just got back from my "Not so" local Home Brew store, with amongst all sorts of other stuff, Brewers Gold Hops. So I might have a go at this too this weekend.

I just followed the instructions and used Challenger and Goldings. Anyway good luck if you decide to brew it and keep me posted....Cheers
