its not brewing grade extract, i bought quite a few 1lb jars when they ran buy a 2nd for a penny deal on, and used it for a ginger beer, the results were poor when compared to the same recipe made with brewing extract.
ist update for months n months..
Fermnting: not a lot..
Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store
Coming Soon Lots planned for the near future nowt for the immediate :(

I use it for making starters.
50g made up to 500cc

Always useful to have a jar (or 2) in stock
