I would have thought a few really hard bashes against a hard surface would be better?

Well just had a sneak preview (last night I hasten to add) after the beer had been in a warm room 10 days (plus 6 hours in fridge). And while theres a good bit of gas in the beer (which will probabaly improve with some more time in the fridge) its definately under-primed for style in my opinion - so I think I should have gone with a larger amount.

The rest is still in the warm, so will wait until the wekend, and then fridge some up for a few good days before repeating...

Lovely Banana aroma, nice clovey bite, but I am afraid to say a noticeable twang - should have done an AG!

Yes after a grand total of 2 AG's (well one really) I have become an AG snob.

cheers & ttfn benm
