Ok, there is no air lock just a bung in the demi.
Is it worth trying to bottle tomorrow with PET bottles and 1 tsp sugar per bottle or is it too late.
Many thanks.
I've done it. . .
Will do,
incedentially that's how I siphoned into 2nd demi, there is a gap probably of about a pint from bung to liquid.
Fingers crossed tomorrow I will siphon again and prime and have a little carbonation.
Will the air gap have affected the tast too much?
Many thanks for all this help!

Ok,
Last night I siphoned the beer off into PET bottles.
I also had one pint. Looked good, tasted rather sweet also no head.
I guess the head can be sorted with irish moss.
There was slight carbonation in demi, so that was a plus. I have added 1.5 teaspoons to the 1L PET bottles.
So will leaving them longer reduce the sweetness?
Or was it due to the recipe?
All in all though a lot better than I thought it would be and very nice to drink.
