As the beer wasn't clearing quickly enough I open the barrel to add some finings and i guess due to the pressure all the stuff from the bottom rushed to the top and the beer developed a creamy yet mucky head.
I added the finings (the 2 part stuff 30 minutes apart) done it up and gave a shot of gas.
Will it be ok ?
Also what are the best finings to use ?.
