Just opened a 15kg tub of Marris Otter Extract & there's specks of mold on the top. Is this OK to use? Better bloody had be it cost me 35 quid nearly.

It's fine. It is surface only, and harmless.

There use to be a "Don't Worry" statement on the labels of some tubs.

welll i thought stop being a tart & get it used as the boil time should kill it off. Already had the malt steeping & instant thought was AW SHITE WHAT A WASTE.
Cheers.
