just got round to putting it in the corney forgot to check the readings tasted superb been lying up for about 3 weeks in thebarrel now under about 5 psi of c02 roll on next week and talk about hoppy any more hoppiness and it could be a kangaroo :D :D :D

looking forward to mine finishing up - started it last night and looks like it's started off alright, with a nice light froth developing over the top of the wort.

Must admit, i'm not that fussed with readings either. There was that much head on it when i was mixing it up last night that taking a hydrometer reading was nigh on impossible, even with blowing away the froth. Gave up lest I flobed in it - reckoned it was around 1035/1040 ish.

Anyway - enjoy the ale :)
