Wheat/malt extract mix question.

This is a newbie question, as I have never mixed the two before. Do I need to use a wheat yeast or an ale yeast? I am trying to replicate Fiddlers Elbow -ish in taste.

The Wychwood website gives FE recipe as containing Wheat malt and crystal malt, hopped with Styrian and Northdown.
