Storing half a can of LME

I'm going to be using half a can of malt extract for my next brew.
What's the best way of keeping the rest for a few weeks, until my next brew. Will it store OK in the fridge?

I would say freeze it.

Make sure you take it out of the can, you should never store anything in an opened can.

As MM says, best place is the freezer.

Can't you use DME for the odd bit of extract? Hell of a lot easier to store.
