pale malt only brews. any good 1's i could do???

i have 12kg of pale malt that needs using soon. i do AG normally & wont be buying any other extract malts. is there any good, proven, only pale malt extract recipes. i have lots of various hops to play with, mainly fuggles, challenger & goldings i have used the books & and have found that proven recipes off JIMS are way better. thanks for any help.

You could experiment and report back?

add Dark or Light Sugar,Syrup, mash at a High or Low Temp?

I know thats no help, but it will be your own.

Summer Lightning sounds a good option

all pale malt, challenger and some goldings. A few recipes on here for it dependant on your brew size, efficiency etc

Here is my take for 23l at 1.052

Maris Otter - 4500g

Challenger 58g for 90 mins
EKG 10g for 10 mins

Yeast of your choice

Sure many more will be along

I was shocked to see only 30 IBU's to the point I had to input into Beer Tools only to get a very close result as Beertools does not allow for 0 Mins had to use 1 min.

I bet that lot has a Great HOP HIT

Ive yet to taste but ive high hopes, my fav commercial ale at the mo is St Peters Organic ale, v hoppy IMHO!
