Coopers Irish Stout

Post by RIP » Sun Dec 20, 2009 1:52 pm

I made a batch of Coopers Irish Stout yesterday and it's bubbling like hell today through the airlock. Used 500g dextrose and 500g dark spray malt. The instructions though said use light malt and 300g of sugar. I have tried a coopers stout before, which was really nice, is there a lot of difference between the 2 in taste ? Will it be Ok with the dark spraymalt and 500g dextrose as this is what i used in my coopers stout ?????????/
