poissible sticking or something that i have done wrong

hiya all a bit of an emergency i have done a bvrew which i believe to be an extract brew (not too sure first one i have done) but the ending specific gravity is not being achieved for some reason and my trap on the fv has stopped bubling so not too sure what to do i mean it was sposed to end at 1.008 but is around the 1.018 mark so not really to sure what to do if some one could help me that would be grand thanks very much oh and its been in the fv for about a week and a half now ok hope to hear from you soon si

Sounds like it could be a stuck fermentation.

right ok is there anything i can do cor should i just barrel it off and prime it??
