Just started an extract brew using a brand new Brupak's boiler and been waiting 40 minutes for it to heat up to 77c it has only reached 40c and dosen't seem to want to go any higher, have all the DSM in it as well what a waste.

Edit got it working!!

I think it may have been the cut off switch as all I did was to give up on it and transfer the wort into an FV,
I thought I would give it one more try with a few Lts of water and it started to boil so switched it off
and transfered the wort back in and no further problems,

The cut-off may operate if there's undissolved extract in the bottom of the boiler which causes over-heating - a bit like jam-making. Give it a good stir as you pour the extract in.
