Re: How does this Pils recipe sound?
I've never brewed a lager or a pils but it looks too lightly hopped to me. Perhaps some others can give you better advice regarding hops

Thanks Jason I thought it was a dubious recipe unless he is using hopped malt extract.

Put through beer engine that looks like
Fermentable Colour lb: oz Grams Ratio
Dried Malt Extract Pale 10 EBC 6 lbs. 9.8 oz 3000 grams 100%
Hop Variety Type Alpha Time lb: oz grams Ratio
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 75 mins 0 lbs. 0.4 oz 10 grams 40%
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 10 mins 0 lbs. 0.5 oz 15 grams 60%
Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.010
Alcohol Content: 4.6% ABV
Total Liquor: 34 Litres
Mash Liquor: 0 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 5.48136321715058 EBU
Colour: 13 EBC
That EBU is way off for the bitterness of a pils, it wants to be between 25 and 40 EBU, so something more like the proper recipe would look like:
Fermentable Colour lb: oz Grams Ratio
Dried Malt Extract Pale 10 EBC 6 lbs. 9.8 oz 3000 grams 100%
Hop Variety Type Alpha Time lb: oz grams Ratio
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 75 mins 0 lbs. 2.5 oz 70 grams 82.4%
Saaz Whole 3.3 % 10 mins 0 lbs. 0.5 oz 15 grams 17.6%
Final Volume: 23 Litres
Original Gravity: 1.046
Final Gravity: 1.010

Total Liquor: 34 Litres
Mash Liquor: 0 Litres
Mash Efficiency: 75 %
Bitterness: 27.1121948268617 EBU
Colour: 13 EBC
Which is still at the lower end of bitterness for a pilsener, but at least it's close, also the colour of Pale malt won't produce a pilsener, but it'll be a lager at least.
