Ok so first of all I was going to ask for a nice easy recipe for my first extract brew but I think this will do fine . . .

So now my next question is what equipment do I need?
I have all the equipment for kit brewing and a nice corny set up. So I think all I need is a boiler and a chiller. I've found these

These come to £63 I have to add delivery to Ireland to that.
Has anyone found any cheaper? :?:

I doubt very much that you'll find a boiler and a chiller any cheaper than that. I bought that boiler and it works a treat - I also seem to remember that delivery over £60 was free

Edit: sorry didn't notice you were in Ireland - delivery unlikely to be free.

I second that statment about Leyland, i phoned them last thursday about that boiler with a second element fitted and it arrived next morning. Excellent service.
