If its any help when I weigh out 1kg of LME it comes up to the 800ml(approx) mark on my plastic jug!!!

From my calcs density (kg/l) or SG

LME 1.44 (so 1.5 kg LME will be a tad over a litre)
DME 1.58
Sucrose 1.6
brewing sugar 1.5
