Had fun brewing this last night with my dad, BIAB 3 persuaded him to take up the hobby!

So this has been bottled and my goodness, it is a cracker. Mouthfeel creamy, flavour smooth, powerful Citra lemon with malt and bitter notes both present but balanced, and aroma to kill for. I know I say this every time but I do believe this is the best batch yet!

If given this pint in a pub I would be ordering a second one.I cant wait to try it after conditioning/carbing.

I am a total convert to FWH.

Cracked my first bottle open tonight to check on this, just a little taste... I really am very pleased with how it has turned out. Particularly delicious. So much so that I have now sunk 3 pints of the stuff! Father in law due in 2 days so this batch wont last long.....I only have 23L of the stuff to see away!
