I'd leave out the hop aroma addition tbh, with that much in the way of flavourings you're looking at a complicated flavour and i'd rather the coffee, choc and spices come through...

Isn't it a bit late in the year to be brewing something with that high an OG for this christmas? That'll be sublime by next year though, I'm sure
