I bet that'll be delicious no matter what, but the Belhaven 80 recipe in my notes calls for Whitbread Goldings bittering hops for the full boil, but then Fuggles and Goldings late, without any dry hops. But if you enjoy more hoppy aromas than a true-to-style Scotch Ale, then go for it. Which yeast will you use?
