I'll be brewing the Dunkel later this week then the pilsner in 5 weeks and the apa in 9 weeks.

That's all a bit precise... Can I ask why you schedule them?

I tend to have a 3 crate gap appear in the bottle store and think... "Hmm what next? "

I get all my ingredients online and getting a bunch at the same time saves on shipping. I also have four more batches lined up after these three.

I brew three gallon batches which gives me a month's worth and keeping on schedule assures that I won't run out.

That all makes sense. I tend to run house beer for stock and then specials... Get your point about shipping.

Since I've discovered that I can get better efficiency than expected with my BIAB process I'm thinking about boosting the APA to an IPA and switching out the hops for the classic centennial cascade combo.
