It does indeed.
I'm hoping for closer to 4%.
I ended up with 3.25 gallons at 1.040.

I ended up with a higher final gravity than I was hoping for, probably due to using mostly chevalier malt; now I know what to expect.
Looks like 3.4% is what I got.
The hydrometer sample tasted great.
I'm just here for the beer.

Regular Muntons. I've gotten lower final gravity (1.010) with Muntons many times, but this was my first batch with such a large percentage of chevalier malt.bitter_dave wrote: ↑Sun May 14, 2023 3:58 pmMuntons active or gold?
