Current gravity is 1.010 which is spot on but I'm going to leave it a bit as there's still some airlock activity.
Sample is still obviously very cloudy but you do get some maltyness and hop bitterness, other ain't a whole lot of aroma though and not much citrus but then havnt dry hopped yet. Hoping that will add back the citrus hoppieness I'm after.
Is the aroma of the Amarillo a trait that will become more apparent with time?
