Sorry, not been on for a while

I've done a Hobgoblin clone

Called it Hobdoglin, as I like to call my brewing antic the "Black Dog Brewery"

I bottled it yesterday and there was a LOAD of yeast detritus and a bit of grain in the bottom of the FV

I'd left it in there for three weeks so it's crystal clear already, but I only managed to get about 18l of actual beer

However, from the smell, taste and look of it before secondary fermenting/conditioning, I think that might be 18l of the best beer I've ever made....fingers crossed!

I'm really looking forward to trying it

So are my Dad, brother and some chaps at work, so I might have to get another batch on sooner than I think lol

I'm also thinking about moving on to mini-kegging, as me, my dad and brother all chip in for the ingredients then I do the brewing....I think a five litre keg each and the rest in bottles for me (for my troubles)is more than fair
