It easily kept a rolling boil with the 19L, I even turned it down.
I done a Punk IPA clone today. Used the 33L pot on the wok burner and it took about 45 mins to come to a boil from mash temp (I used the hot water tap for the mash, combi). That's boiling approx 27L of wort. Boil was pretty good. Happy with it! Ended up with 19L of Punk IPA goodness. Next up... Guinness clone
