On my last brew I bittered to 30IBUs using Northern Brewer, FWH then boiled for 90 minutes.
This was all then cubed and left for around 4 days.
The cube was then transferred to a FV except for around 3L which I boiled on the cooker added the 10m hops and then at flame out added the Aroma hops.
10 minutes later I added the contents straight to the FV through a sieve. This was two 25g Citra editions.

Hopefully this will give me the aroma and flavour profile, put it this way the FV has the citrus smell!
If the aroma isn't where I'd like it to be I'll dry hop when fermentation has completed.

I'm looking at doing a Kipling clone with NS using the yeast slurry from this one using the same technique, except that only has 60, 30 and flameout hops. I'll use the chart for the 30 minute hops (i.e. boil for 10 mins only).

I did find that my US-05 packet took nearly two days to form a krausen, which I don't remember the last time I used this yeast.
