
After some hardware issues ( not having the correct regulator) I finally started my BIAB outside
The plan was the" London pride "recipe from Dave lines book..............I added 12 % extra grain to make up for my lack of good mashing techniques
Everything went to plan including keeping mash temp

I am glad I chose a 50l copper as it helped to stop any splash overs,Just spent 1 hour cleaning all the stickyness from everything before SHMBO returned

I hope it tastes as good as it smells
