Hi there. I am planning to do an brew session this weekend for a friends weeding but looking for a good light summer recipe using only dwarf / semi dwarf hops? I have the following.
Marris otter
Munich malt
Caramalt
Crystal
Torrified wheat
Hops
Summit
First gold
Pioneer
BOADICEA
Would be really interested to see what you have tried before??

I can recommend this:
First Gold Blonde Ale
OG 1049
FG1008
20 IBU
90% MO
7% Caramalt
3% Torri wheat
Mash at 65.c for 60 mins (or 90 mins if you want to be sure)
Boil for 60 mins
First Gold @60mins to 10IBUs
First Gold @ 20mins to 5IBUs (add half a Protofloc tab or a few grams of irish moss here also)
First Gold @ 10mins to 5 IBUs
First Gold 30g @ 0mins (steep for thirty mins then cool to 20.c)
First Gold 20g Dry hop for 5 days
Yeast S-04
Its a tasty one which should appeal to real ale fans and convert some lager drinkers.
