Attempted Razorback clone.

Hi all. I tried to knock up a 1 gallon BIAB Razorback IPA clone today. I used 1.3 kg of maris otter, 0.3 kg of torrified wheat mashed at 70 degrees for 1 hour. I then boiled for an hour, adding 14 g of centennial at 60 mins, and 4 g each of summit and simcoe at 15 mins along with 1/4 of a protofloc tablet. I had enough to fill my demijohn with a 1/2 litre to spare. The og was a fraction of what I hoped for at 1.034 when I was looking for a minimum of 1.058. I used beersmith to create the recipe so what did I do wrong? The bitterness is pretty good though.

My guess is you mashed too high, most mashes occur between 64 - 68 afaik.
