Hello
I've just finished a course but still have access to the uni library.
Does anybody know any of the books on the reading lists of brewing courses? Feel like I ought to mine the seam while I can.

Thanks, Seymour! I'll check through the catalogue later.
I especially like the sound of 125 full colour photomicrographs of beer deposits.
Seriously, though, I'm really pleased about these. Good work!

Here are some more recommended brewing books:
Master Brewers Association of the Americas library:

And I just remembered this great website: http://www.beerbooks.com
I especially like their rare book list.
