I probably won't be brewing a gose anytime soon, but this is a very interesting read..

Some of the books in the series have been heavily criticised, several of them are quite old but I see this is one of the newer additions.

Never even tasted a Gose, let alone brewed it yet. I am happy to be persuaded I need to rectify that omission!
