sankey coupler problem

Post by bob3000 » Tue May 06, 2014 7:57 pm

My Sankey coupler has inexplicably stopped working. It won't connect onto my eco kegs. It just doesn't seem to grip when twisted and seems loose in the fitting.

I did have it connected to an american sankey keg. It isn't a perfect fit but It works, after a quick beer shower. It now doesn't connect to this either????

Really confused.. and thirsty.

Are you sure the plastic washer is still on the bottom of the coupler ?

An American keg, will normally require a "d" type stem, whereas a UK Keg will require a "s".

The "S" is approx. 6mm longer in stem length than the "d" the coupler body is identical in some cases.

Have you hot a photo of the stem bottom?
