Gas Management Board - Non-Return Valves?

Guys, I am fed up with using a leaking second hand gas management board and I am building my own based on 3/8.

Is it essential to use non-return valves (check valves?) when using more than one Corny keg?

if so does anyone know where I can get some that are push fit type?
