Well I guess it was something to do with when or how I bottled it, but I could never figure it out.
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Hops, Yeast, Seaweed, Blood, Sweat, The swim bladder of a sturgeon, My enemies tears, Scenes of mild peril, An otter's handbag and Riboflavin.

What is the washer made from on the swingtop? If it's silicone it is horribly O2 permeable. You get O2 gradually getting into any bottle though.

You can fill bottles fairly full, a few mm should be enough to allow for some thermal expansion. The amount of space that a bottle wand leaves behind is far too much really
