well i have my muntons midas touch in the fv and ive used two packets of muntons yeast as i had a spare one in the fridge from my great eastern, heres hoping it doesnt get stuck, just incase i am gonna try and get hold of some dry beer enzyme if my brew shop can get hold of it

yes first brew of the year, was just thinking of getting a couple of kits ordered so i have plenty to go at through the year

Just started the same one myself on the same day - 3rd. All seems to be going well so far just using yeast supplied - gravity dropping well - although i've got a gervins ale yeast standing by just in case.

I'll keep you posted re developments

well it has happened, the muntons has stuck at 1020, ive roused the yeast and added safale 04, i couldnt get hold of any dry beer enzyme but i ordered some off hop and grape and they said the will try and dispatch it for me quickly
