Do I add priming sugar / DME to the 2nd FV - Can't remember and threw the instructions away (muppet - I know!).

You certainly can do. I find the easiest way to prime is to take about 80gms of sugar (or whatever priming ingredient you want to use), add about 150ml of water, boil up in the microwave, allow to cool, then add to your secondary before bottling.
