well after bottling my first brew i did a second the day after to keep things moving!!!
My little brewery top lager coopers assie lager bottom cider brew buddy cider (dont worry the radiator is off!!!)
Its been going for 9 days now and i decided to put a airlock on both at the start and they aint stopped bubbling

50% enhancer 50% Brewers Sugar
Cider
50% brewers Sugar 50% normal sugar
Really looking forward to these brews and i got some nice flip top Grolsch bottles to bottle it in
