Do I mix yeast in.
On the instructions to my Coopers pale ale it said to sprinkle the yeast in but I wasn't sure if I mix it in or just sprinkle it on top and leave it?

Put the yeast into a third of a cup of cooled boiled water, cover and leave for around 20-30 minutes. You will then see the yeast working. Add it to the cooled wort and you should see fementation in the fv working within 24 hours.
