Hi all,
All the kits i've done so far, whilst looking great, have had an aftertaste that my stepdaughter described as "hairspray"v
Has anybody recognise this description???

Talking of Campden tablets, Aren't campden tablets just Sodium metabisulphite in tablet form?
If this is so why not use Sodium metabisulphate, it saves you crushing the tablet and it is cheaper than Campden tablets and can also be used for sanitizing.
I reckon less than a quarter teaspoon of sodium met would equate to 1 Campden tablet so a pinch of sodium met would probably be about the same as half of campden tablet.
