Abbey stuck?

My Brewferm Abbey has been in primary for 9 days, I just took a hydrometer reading to see if fermentation was finished. It reads 1022 - instruction say fg should be 1010. :(
I did notice that halfway through my room temperature fell and fluctuated quite a bit so I have moved it to a warmer and more stable room.
The beer was due to be bottled tomorrow:
Do I have stuck fermentation due to fluctuations?
should i leave it a few more days?
should I just bottle anyway?
should I pitch some more yeast even at this late stage?

In my opinion don't bottle. Do any of the rest but don't bottle.

As Orfy says, don't bottle.

It may just be that fermentation will take a bit longer due the lower temperature. As long as the wort stays above 16C it should still ferment (I'm assuming ale yeast here) but it will take longer.

Go by the gravity reading, rather than the time.

I've had an all-grain abbey beer stick at 1.030 and warming and stirring didn't get the yeast going (it was a liquid yeast WLP530). It did however slowly get down to 1.015 in the keg so I would say DO NOT BOTTLE. In a keg it doesn't matter if the yeast still has a little way to go. In a bottle you end up with a bomb.

ferment for 3 weeks. then bottle regardless of fg.

I took some more readings on boxing day or maybe it was wednesday - can't remember :lol:
Anyway the sg hasn't budged but I also noticed that the temperature of the beer was down to 15c
I've moved it somewhere warmer and wrpped it up.
I'm thinking pitching more yeast may be my next step?

Cheers DaaB I'll gently rouse this afternoon, I'm definitely going to get a fish tank heater.

I was wondering if my temperature problems were due to the low volume of liquid 9litres compared to the previos 22 litre kits I've done as well as the fact that I've got 9l in a 22l bin?
I know from going fishing that the shallows always heat up first in summer whilst the deeper water remains cold i.e the more volume the bless impact air temperature has.
