Brewferm Abdij

Hi guys,
Just put a Brewferm Abdij in the fv. I'd never even heard of it until my last trip to the HBS where they talked me into giving it a try... if brewed correctly this stuff apparantly gives 20 pints of 8% abv but they advised me to make up 4 gallon to achieve a 'really nice full bodied drink' at around the 5% mark, so i thought i'd share this with you all and let you know how it goes.
Has anyone out there ever tried it? Let me know if you have any hints or tips

Hi Deneeve,
I have done quite a few Abdij but never increased the brew length it is one of my favourites and I always make sure I have some maturing in the garage, I would advise you to try it as per the directions for a comparison. Let us know how it turns out.
