I have the above on the go made up as per the instruction using addtional spaymalt its O/G was 1.044 it has dropped to 1.016 and seems stuck there i have tried stirring over the last couple of days but it has stuck at 1.016. The question i have will it be safe to assume the fermentation has stopped and can be bottled without manufacturing bottle bombs? For infoI use glass with crown caps.
