Thanks Ditch

i bottled some coopers stout (ditch style) on sunday afternoon with 150g priming sugar.

today (yesterday as its 2:30am) i had a wee taster and wow, its drinkable well actually more than drinkable is fukin ace. there is already sludge in the bottom of the bottles and its just nicely gassed.

so its a BIG thanks to Ditch for this one, as i would never have tried Coopers Stout otherwise.

i would tell you what it tastes like but i cant be bothered with all that nonsense about floral aftertones and chocolate and coffee with a hint of this crap and that crap. lets just say it bloooody nice and very drinkable and its only been bottled for a day,,, yes a day and its awesome.

Made my f**kin' night!

You enjoy it, mate. Just be damn sure to get some more on, sharpish. Because this stuff goes down so well it doesn't last.

Just this minute opened another can of poxy Guinness. Injured my back a couple of weeks ago (Actually injured it. Own, gross stupidity. Serves me right for being a stupid dick so, no sympathy for myself. Not like when it just " Goes ") But, that's stopped me brewing and so I'm out now. But, the two FV's I finally managed to get on hit the ten day mark on Friday. Then I'll be kegging them and getting amongst it! Image

You'd ave thought with all these people brewing ditches stout and ditch not being able to brew it himself, someone would be kind enough to send him a bottle!..

Now, we all know Ditch does not like bottled beer, therefore a better idea would be to airlift him a full keg....
