Well my Terrier is now in my Corny Keg. I've pulled a couple of pints from it and am impressed with it. It is golden colour and has a flowery taste but quite dry and bitter. It leaves me salivating after a mouthfull and wanting more. This must be a good thing! The adjustable tap on the keg makes it very easy to pour the perfect pint

I've got another kit on the go, it's Muntons Bitter IPA.
Is this any good?
I substituted the 1KG of sugar for 1KG of light spraymalt aswell.
The yeast started off slow and didn't expand in my cup like the terrier yeast did. I pitched it in anyway and after 24hrs I got a good foaming yeast head on top of my wort. It's been going 3 days and is still doing niceley.
Now, do I stir or should I just leave it?
Cheers
Graham
