Would the wherry kit be ok without spray malt being a 2 can kit?

Only yeast i have access too is youngs dry yeast unless i order online.

Ill go with youngs this time but ill order some better stuff online soon.

By yeast starter i assume you mean mixing with warm water in a bottle and leaving overnight?

Hoppkins if you jump on the tram and get yerself to Bulwell HBS:

Flagon & Cask
202 Main Street, Bulwell Nottingham NG6 8EH
0115 927 1368
0115 979 4243

Also the Healthfood shop on West Bridgford high street has a small amount of homebrew stuff I'm led to believe, you've found Wilkos.

Hoppkins, did you check out the health food shop in West Bridgford and if so was it any good (did they sell any decent kits)?
