Cloudy Wherry

Post by Hoppkins » Fri Feb 09, 2007 2:33 pm

I've read and been told that Wherry is a wee bit cloudy even when done.

My wherry has been in secondary for over 3 weeks now and is still exceptionally cloudy. Tastes decent though :)

I already added finings at kegging. Would it harm to add more finings now to try and clear it out a bit?

Thanks

I got BEER BRITE (by harris filters)

The dried gelatin stuff. Only thing wilko has.

I do have some clear gel like finings at home made by youngs.

Which do you think would be best? Beer brite is mixed with water and added and the youngs one is added directly.

Thanks Daab
